The lead time for standard cell orders is 3-7 working days for fast delivery within the United States and the European Union. For custom battery packs, the estimated lead time for the entire development, production, and delivery process is 25-30 working days. However, if your battery pack has more complex technical requirements, this lead time may be extended. Please consult our team for more detailed information.

In our products, we use cells from EVE, CATL, Gotion, REPT and other well known brands. The most important process is determining the right cells for each customer’s unique battery pack needs, and our Research & Development team is well equipped to make those determinations.

We provide a warranty of 3 years for our cells and battery packs. In the unlikely event of any defects, we will replace the batteries. However, please note that we do not offer warranty coverage for batteries that have been improperly maintained. This includes cases of incorrect polarity, improper installation, overheating during storage or usage, physical damage, fire, freezing, water damage, tampering, terminal damage, failure to properly charge the battery, or exceeding the rated charge/discharge cycles.
